Cheesy Baked Bangus


Ingredients:
1 pc deboned bangus
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
butter
1/4 cup mayonaise
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
grated parmesan cheese

Procedure:
  1. Lay bangus on a glass or metal plate.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Dab with butter.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic and mayonnaise. Slather on top of bangus.
  5. Sprinkle with a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes. Do not overcook.
